NEVOLIN OURIVESARIA SA – KIKO reserves the right to modify at any time the information and commercial offer presented on products, prices, promotions and commercial conditions, with the exception of the contracts that are in force and in execution. The prices and promotions are valid during the period indicated in the promotional campaign, except for spelling, photography, stock break and/or synchronization of computer systems.
All content on the site www.ourivesariakiko.com (logos, texts, images, videos, etc.) is owned by NEVOLIN OURIVESARIA SA – KIKO. The partial or total reproduction of the content through any procedure and in any media, is subject to prior and express authorization of KIKO.

All prices quoted on the site include the value of VAT at the legal rate in force.
Payments are always made in EUROS.

Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice, with the exception of transactions that are currently in progress.
All our products are shipped from Portugal. In this way, purchases made outside the European Union may be subject to a customs tax at the entrance of the country of destination. Payment of this fee is the responsibility of the customer.
Shipments & Deliveries
KIKO is not responsible for delays or non-compliance with the contract for unforeseeable circumstances, such as disruption and/or total or partial strike of postal services and transportation or communication services.
All shipments, regardless of the shipping mode chosen and the shipping supplier, have tracking number.
KIKO sends its products in partnership with DPD, CTT, CTT Expresso, or others, varying delivery times depending on the region.
We do not make deliveries in sections, since it is always necessary a signature of the person who received the packaging
If delivery is not affected for reasons of customs taxation outside the European Union or if the customer provides an incomplete address, the store reserves the right to charge an administrative fee:
– Orders lower than 60€ - An amount of 12€ will be deducted
– Orders higher than 60€ - An amount of 24€ will be deducted
If the customer wishes to reship the order, he will have to pay the costs mentioned in the table above. Except for Portugal, where the cost of reshipment will be 5€.
Return & Refund
EASY RETURNS within 30 days-
If you wish to RETURN the product, without need of justification, it has a deadline of 30 days from the date of receipt of the same, for this you must follow the steps in MY ACCOUNT > RETURNS
The right of free settlement - a right also harmonized in the Directive - is regulated in the same way in contracts concluded at a distance and in contracts concluded away from the commercial establishment, and the deadline for its exercise is 14 days in a row.

We accept returns of new, complete products and in the original packaging of the product, which should not be damaged, altered or shaved. If we receive returns that do not meet the above conditions, the customer will not be entitled to any refund. The cost of returning the products is borne by the user except for defective products. After examining the product, you will be informed about the right or not to the refund of the amounts paid.
REFUND can be made through the original payment method or by transference to your IBAN, or through a discount coupon, which has a validity of 3 months from the date of its issue. At the end of this period there will be no further reimbursement. The shipping costs will not be refunded.
The supplier of the goods shall not be obliged to refund the additional costs of delivery where the consumer expressly requests a different type of delivery which is higher than the commonly agreed and least expensive method proposed by the supplier of the goods.

In the case of INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS, it is possible for customs services to open the packaging for verification and possible taxation. In this case, the product may arrive at the customer's house with indications that the shipping packing has been opened. The customer should verify carefully, at the time of reception, if his product is in compliance and with no evidence of having been used.
When making a return, in the comments field of the post office, you should write: "This return is a return for an online purchase at www.ourivesariakiko.com and should not be subject to taxation." so that the shipment is not taxed upon arrival at Portugal.
In INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS outside the European Union, we will not refund the shipping costs nor the fees associated with the payment method, we will also deduct any shipping costs associated with the return process. Any customs or courier fees in the country of destination will be borne by the customer.
If the product presents conditions for EXCHANGE OR RETURN, KIKO will send the customer a new product or return the amount paid up to 14 days from the date of arrival of the returned product.
In case of cancellation of the order, we will make the refund of the value; if the reason is a defect in the product or damages in the transport, we will make the exchange.
SHIPPING COSTS for exchanges or returns without confirmation of defects are consumer responsibility. The exchange requested by defect or damages occurred in the transport will be KIKO responsibility.
To orders returned outside the European Union that are not the responsibility of KIKO (either for failure to pick up at the post office, for non-payment of fees associated with the shipment or for incomplete address) will be charged a fee of 5€.
After-Sales and Warranty Service
All items sold in KIKO stores are covered by the Manufacturer's Warranty for 2 years, guaranteed by the respective brands. After expiry of the warranty, KIKO also provides technical assistance.
In the case of defective or defective products, send us your item by mail to Rua Sá da Bandeira nº39 - 1st floor, 4000-433 Porto.
If the repair of your products involves costs for you (above €10), it will only be carried out after approving the budget.

Post-Sale Service and Warranty
All items sold in KIKO stores are covered by Manufacturer Warranty for 2 years, under their respective brands. After the warranty expires, KIKO also provides technical assistance.

Online Dispute Resolution
